Terms and conditions

1. Website ownership, business and contact

Traveler Gate and the website travelergate.app are owned and operated by TravelGate Travel and Tourism, registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration (CR) No. 4840-0-8. In these policies, “Traveler Gate”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this legal entity.

Office address: [BUILDING, ROAD, BLOCK, CITY], Kingdom of Bahrain. Location: [MAP LINK]. P.O. Box: 18657. Telephone: [BUSINESS PHONE INCLUDING +973]. Email: info@TravelGate.app. Office hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., every day except Friday, Bahrain time (UTC+3).

Traveler Gate offers the travel packages, flights and related travel arrangements described on the website. Each offer identifies its itinerary, dates, duration, accommodation or room category where relevant, inclusions, exclusions and applicable supplier conditions. The booking documents identify the contracting seller and the services it arranges. A search result or quotation is not an issued airline ticket.

2. Agreement and changes

These terms apply to use of the website and bookings made through it. Read them with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy and the conditions shown for the selected service before confirming. The version accepted for your booking remains part of that booking. We may revise these terms for future use and bookings; a later website update does not automatically change an existing booking. Material changes to an existing booking will be communicated and handled under its conditions and applicable law.

3. Eligibility, accounts and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity under applicable law to open an account or enter a booking agreement. A parent, legal guardian or authorized adult must arrange travel for a minor. If booking for other travellers or an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to provide the required information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, using a secure password, signing out on shared devices and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Provide accurate information and keep contact details current. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, make fraudulent bookings, misuse payment methods, upload unlawful content, interfere with security or use the website unlawfully. This does not remove our responsibility for security failures attributable to us.

4. Service descriptions, prices and currency

Review passenger names, dates, traveller ages, room occupancy, itinerary and all included or excluded services. Prices are stated in the currency displayed with the offer and final payment total. Taxes, mandatory charges and any optional extras selected by you must be shown before payment. Do not assume a price is in Bahraini dinars unless BHD is displayed. Your bank may separately apply currency conversion or other charges under its terms.

Availability and indicative prices may change before confirmation. The final amount and any changed conditions require your approval before payment. We will contact you about a material pricing or description error and explain the available correction or cancellation options, subject to applicable law.

5. Payment and booking confirmation

Use only the payment methods offered for your transaction and meet the stated payment deadline. Bank transfers are credited after receipt of funds is independently verified. A transfer slip, file or photograph is optional and is not required to submit the receipt; it does not replace bank verification. Funding a wallet is separate from paying for a booking, and a wallet balance alone does not confirm a service.

The payment result and available receipt or confirmation are displayed on-screen after the transaction is successfully verified. If email or SMS delivery is offered for the transaction, a copy is sent to the contact details you provide. Keep your transaction reference and contact us if the result is missing or unclear. Acknowledgement of a payment or booking request does not itself establish that all travel services or airline tickets have been issued. The booking status and issued documents identify what is confirmed.

6. Delivery of services and travel documents

We provide travel services and electronic booking documents. Delivery is digital, directly on-screen, and does not require a physical courier. Keep the booking reference and save or download the documents made available for your booking.

For both local orders placed from Bahrain and international orders placed from overseas, the booking confirmation is delivered immediately on-screen once the booking is successfully confirmed. A pending request, unverified bank transfer or payment acknowledgement is not a confirmed booking or an issued airline ticket. Tickets and supplier vouchers are available when issued and confirmed by the relevant supplier. Any pending issuance is identified separately, and we will explain a delay. Travel itself is supplied on the dates in the confirmed itinerary.

There are no shipping or return-shipping charges for these electronically delivered services, for either Bahrain or overseas customers. Any service charges or selected extras must be disclosed in the final booking total before payment.

7. Travel documents and responsibilities

Passenger information must match the travel documents. Check passport validity, visas, entry and transit rules, and health or insurance requirements relevant to your nationality and route. Correct inaccurate details promptly; supplier restrictions and disclosed charges may apply. Requests for accessibility assistance, special meals, room preferences or other special arrangements require confirmation by the relevant supplier. A request alone is not a guarantee.

8. Cancellation, refunds and exchanges

Cancellation and refunds are allowed when permitted by the conditions disclosed for the service or required by law. Submit a written request with your booking reference to the published customer service email. Applicable supplier penalties, any separately disclosed service fee and the refundable amount will be explained. Some fares or services may have disclosed non-refundable conditions; these do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Approved refunds are made only through the original mode of payment to the original payer or payment account. Card payments, where offered, are refunded to the original card; bank transfers to the verified originating bank account; and wallet-funded payments through the original wallet settlement process. We do not substitute cash, another person's account or a different payment method. If the original route is unavailable, contact us for lawful instructions from the relevant bank or payment provider.

Refund eligibility, deductions and processing time depend on the applicable airline, hotel or destination management company (DMC) policy disclosed for the booked service, together with mandatory legal rights. There is no single refund period for all services. We will explain the applicable conditions, expected timeline and any known supplier dependency or delay for your case. Bank or card-provider posting may take additional time. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for the full process.

For travel services, an exchange means an approved change of dates, traveller details, room category or service. It is subject to availability, supplier permission, deadlines and any disclosed fare difference or change fee. Request changes before the deadline shown for your booking. No change is complete until confirmed in writing. There is no physical return shipping for an electronic booking.

9. Sanctions restrictions

We do not provide services to countries, territories, individuals or entities where doing so is prohibited by applicable sanctions, including restrictions administered by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or binding requirements of our payment providers. We may refuse, suspend or cancel a prohibited transaction and request information necessary to establish eligibility. Applicable restrictions are assessed at the time of the transaction; refunds and any blocked funds are handled as permitted by law and the relevant payment provider.

10. Copyright and intellectual property

The website's branding, text, designs and software are owned by Traveler Gate or used with the rights holder's permission. Supplier names, trademarks and materials remain the property of their owners. You may use booking materials for your personal or authorized business travel purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, adapt or distribute protected website content without permission or another lawful basis.

11. Website availability, warranties and liability

We take reasonable care with the website and service descriptions, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all technical errors will be prevented. To the extent permitted by Bahraini law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without additional implied warranties beyond those required by law. This does not disclaim the travel services, descriptions or express commitments agreed for your booking.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. We remain responsible for our own obligations and for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer remedies. Supplier involvement does not automatically exclude our responsibility. Events beyond reasonable control will be addressed under the booking conditions and applicable law, with available alternatives or remedies explained.

12. Bahraini law, complaints and contact

These terms and disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The competent courts of Bahrain have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot be excluded. Contact us first using the business details above, with your booking reference and supporting information, so we can review your complaint. Nothing in these terms limits access to the competent consumer protection authority or other statutory remedies.
